"SNID already registered" problem, do you know how to fix this?

hi

i bought mylaptop 1 and half years ago. when i tried to register my laptop on acer webside this morning it said my laptop already registered. do you know how to fix this?

    Just in addition, have you got any other laptops registered with Acer or an account? Go to Acer Care Centre and Support and contact Acer in your area as they will sort this out for you. As sometimes these SNID registration problems online are not working and need to be done officially through Acer.

    Your SNID and serial number are located on a label on the bottom of your product. These numbers can be used online to help locate downloads and other resources for your product.

    been trying to register my laptop for several times and i only get message that my serial no. has already been registered.when the truth is i havent succesfully registered it yet
