    1. Was Windows re-installed on the boot drive when the mainboard was replaced?
    2. If yes, was the ACER OEM version installed or the Microsoft generic version?

    After the motherboard replacement, the technical service installed windows home and drivers. After noticing this problem, I also installed windows 11 pro from scratch with USB and installed drivers, but still performance modes and automatic fans are not working.

    There are users who experience the same problem after motherboard replacement and BIOS upgrade. @HasanVersion

    The Microsoft generic versions of Win10 & Win11 are NOT the same as the original Acer OEM factory Win10 & Win11 versions!

    This is why I asked the question. You will probably have to install just about all the Acer driver updates including chipset, platform, i/o drivers. Even then it might not work properly because some of the system library files that NitroSense relies on might not be the same as the original factory OEM Win10 or OE M Win11.

    You should ask the service center if the Acer OEM version or Microsoft generic version was installed on the boot drive after the mainboard was replaced. This might explain why NitroSense isn't working properly.

    I went to the technical service. Couldn't find a solution. When I first bought the device it was freedos. I installed Windows the same way. It worked then, why isn't it working now? Problem 98% bios

    Maybe because it was an earlier version of Win10 or Win11. There have been many update since you first installed Windows. When did you first install Windows in which NitroSense worked? An approximate date? Then we can try to find the Windows installation files that correspond to that date.

    You did not understand me. The problem is not in windows. There are others having the same problem. In those people, the motherboard was changed and the bios was updated. Windows does not control the thermal control of the computer, it does the BIOS, so I am looking for a solution.

    But NitroSense acts as a bridge between the Windows operating system & the BIOS firmware. It is proprietary ACER software that partly relies on Windows library system files to provide a graphical interface to BIOS functionality inside the Windows environment.

    Its not about Windows or Nitrosense. I reinstall every apps and drivers not working. Tech service did install windows and driver after mother board replacement but auto fans not working. There is a problem and BIOS version a problem. I did go to the tech service and they cant find a solution. They say to me 2 week ago they can email to Acer for this problem. İn two weeks No one return to me from tech service

    I disagree. But you can try to go back to older BIOS version. But there are also substantial risks in doing this.

  • When you change it to maximum, do the fans increase in speed?

    About keyboard lights control, it is possible to fix in regedit.

    Yes, maximum and manual mode are working. Only in automatic mode everything works like in silent mode. RPM does not exceed 3000. Processor performance is low.

    We can try to go back to an older BIOS version if you want. But as mentioned yesterday, there are also substantial risks in doing so. Looks like you can try to go back to v1.02 dated 3/11/2022

    Hi, I have the same problem regarding high CPU temp. I resolve it by disabling the processor performance boost mode since it is set to aggresive

    If you can't find the performance boost mode refer to this video on how to show it up. It can decrese your CPU temp from 92C to 80C
