While playing the game, the fans started spinning like crazy and I experienced fps drops. I turned it off and on again and the fps dropped from 160 to 60. what do you think is the problem?

    that's normal mate, don't worry

launch Nitrosense and set fan control to MAX then the mode to PERFORMANCE (fan rpm should be 7,000 rpm or more)

I've already done these. The game I play is fortnite and the cpu is important in fortnite and my cpu works at 2 percent. i can't solve it. all of a sudden, the fan went crazy and the fps dropped. normally i would get 160 180 fps

    clean the fans

disable apps running in the background before you launch the game

ı just notice my gpu stuck at 210 and a cant fix it. I tried msi afterburner and EVGA Precision X1 but I couldn't even move them. Normally, the CPU usage would be 70% and the GPU would be 40-30% in Fortnite. it's the opposite right now. It's like that in every game and app, not just fortnite

try to set the game to optimal settings or medium settings

update your Intel and NVIDIA drivers using Windows update (include optional updates) or you can use IObit Driver Booster
