Go to this link and run a Zoom video test on your system and recommendation made to fix freezing. Report back with results.

for a short period of time, I can use zoom normally however for long time tests (45 minutes section, 4 to 5 times) the error starts to occur. laptop temperature is normal but CPU usage is 80% to 100%. In our region, many students use entry-level budget laptops.

many apps are running in the background while zoom consumes more resources and cpu processes.

close all unused apps before launching zoom

thanks all for the suggestions, when I was trying the same model with different CPU cores i3, i5, and i7, the result was good. I think the CPU performance issue and if use a lower version of windows and zoom will fix it and turn off the zoom update setting.

    you're welcome mate

celeron and pentium processors are slow compared to i3, i5, i7 & i9 which is designed for performance and heavy loads

much better if you upgrade at least an i3 processor to avoid hassles and headaches 😉

    1. How do you know temperature is normal?
    2. Do you have any 3rd-party virus scanners running in background?
