    Tinkerer

Well at the end i fixed the laptop yesterday

i just pressed f2 and instead of putting the user password in the bios i just pressed enter three times and got into superviser mode which hints the key before entering the superviser password so i gone into a website who decoded the hint key into an actual password to enter and then after entering the password i can change every option

there i disabled SecureBoot and TPM and enabled the f12 boot key and reinstalled windows

i still don't know the cause of the problem but atleast it fixed

well i actually don't use this laptop much but ya it's atleast functional and not using it like a paperweight

Be sure and reenable Secure Boot and remove those BIOS passwords once you have everything working right. Without Secure Boot you are vulnerable to EFI viruses…
