As the title says, my battery cannot charge to full. When it reaches about 90-95% The charge indicator starts blinking orange and Windows reports "Plugged In Not Charging" I get that a laptop battery topping a charge at about 95% is pretty normal, but the blinking orange light is definitely not. The laptop can run off of battery with no issues (other than the incomplete charge). I have also turned on the laptop on adapter power only (battery disconnected) with no issues. I did try another charger with no results. I have tried the usual battery reset and battery calibration solutions with no results. I've even resorted to a BIOS update. The Acer Care Center reports that the battery is healthy. CUPID HW Monitor reports a wear level of 27% (fairly high, but would that cause this issue). Is there any solution to this problem? If this cannot be solved by myself is the issue in need of urgent attention (Sending it to a service center would take at least 3 weeks, I cannot be without my laptop that long during school) I have asked this question before, but got a useless reply that told me to try things I had already said I had tried, which seemed to cut off any other reply.
