Nitro AN515-44There is an explosion sound on the right speaker of my computer

During the boot of my computer, an explosion sound is heard on the right speaker. I did electrical discharge operations. I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. I installed the operating system again. I restored the BIOS settings to the factory settings. There doesn't seem to be a problem with the speaker when using my computer. I turned off settings such as secure boot, AMD virtualization, but it did not solve my problem. The model I'm having problems with is AN515-44.

    Not particularly unusual to hear speakers pop on startup. However, with your model the right speaker is attached directly to the mainboard audio bus. The left speaker is somewhat more isolated by being attached to a USB board that's in turn attached to the mainboard. Both speakers probably pop, but the right speaker is louder. Do you hear the same pop thru the audio jack with wired headphones with one side being louder than the other?

    I hear the same sound in the headset. After trying the solution here, I started experiencing this problem;

    If you're asking why I'm struggling with this solution, person "@egydiocoelho" knows my problem, he's the one who threw this solution.

    Yes.I have tried this process multiple times. This sound is heard on the BIOS screen. I installed a new operating system, my problem is the same.

    Does it happen when running on battery alone?

    Yes. This bothers me. I am experiencing this situation during the boot screen. There is a service guarantee, if I send it to the service, they will say there is no hardware failure and they will send my device back to me.

    The Turkish economy is expensive, it would not be useful if I asked for a change report. Because; the computers I bought were 2 times more expensive. I also had a TPM issue and there is still no update for it.

    Has the right speaker always been this way even before trying that solution?

    Do you have any USB devices plugged into the right side ports?

    Before that, when I restarted the computer from the left speaker, sometimes a very small sound sounded. I didn't care because the explosion couldn't be heard all the time. There is nothing connected to the right usb of the computer.

    What other problem were you trying to solve before?

    I had a problem with TPM. I've been having this problem since I got the computer. When TPM was turned on, when my computer was turned on with a fast start, the TPM information was loading the information late. Windows Security or TPM.when the msc started, it took too long for the information to load. There is no problem when you turn off the fast startup or turn off the TPM. There is no such problem on another device with TPM, why is there a problem with me?

    @egydiocoelho person can explain my problem better. AMD has released a BIOS update for this, Acer has not released a BIOS update for 2 years.

    With BIOS fast startup OFF and TPM ON, how long?

    I didn't mention the fast boot of the bios, I'm talking about the fast startup setting inside Windows. I brought this up myself.;

    I will take a video of it at an available time, it will be better understood. I took a video earlier when I was explaining the TPM problem, I think it was deleted.

    Windows fast StartUp is seriously buggy. It's not worth the boot time it saves with the trouble it sometimes causes.

    How long does it take to boot with TPM ON,. WinFastStartUp OFF & BIOSFastBoot OFF?

    3-4 seconds makes a difference. The boot time doesn't matter, but it's nicer to boot without those rotating bars. If both are turned off, periods such as 5-7 seconds can be added. Am I the only person who has this problem that I don't understand on this model computer? If I'm the only one, the motherboard is also fine, my motherboard has changed, the problem was still going on. Is RAM and SSD or something causing this boot problem?

    Is there any combination of TPM on/off, WinFastStartup on/off & BIOS FastBoot on/off that makes the right speaker normal on startup?

    I didn't understand what you said. Can you explain it in a way that I can understand?

    Combinations

    TPM ON + WinFastStartup ON + BIOS FastBoot ON

    TPM ON + WinFastStartup ON + BIOS FastBoot OFF

    TPM ON + WinFastStartup OFF + BIOS FastBoot ON

    TPM ON + WinFastStartup OFF + BIOS FastBoot OFF

    TPM OFF + WinFastStartup ON + BIOS FastBoot ON

    TPM OFF + WinFastStartup ON + BIOS FastBoot OFF

    TPM OFF + WinFastStartup OFF + BIOS FastBoot ON

    TPM OFF + WinFastStartup OFF + BIOS FastBoot OFF

    I have tried all of what you have written respectively. The result is the same. When my computer activates the speaker, an explosion sound is heard. When I restart the computer, sometimes I don't hear an explosion sound through the speaker. But I always hear an explosion sound from the speaker at the first opening. Although I disabled the Realtek audio driver, I can hear the sound of an explosion through the speaker.

    I now suspect that the usb i/o board mentioned earlier might have a leaky capacitor. The right speaker attaches to the mainboard through this board. It quickly loses charge on a shutdown. But rarely on a restart or possibly if the shutdown lasts only few seconds. Once powered on the initial inrush current to the capacitor creates the sound. But if power isn't interrrupted, it seems to operate OK. Thus would likely test OK by warranty repair sevice. About all I can suggest is to replace the i/o board to see if it resolves the problem. Google search part no. 55.Q9N2.001 for vendors who ship to your location. Cost about $40usd. Sorry I can't offer more advice because it appears to be a hardware issue.

    If the problem does not improve, I will send it to the service soon. Since there is no problem with the device, most likely the service will tell me that there is no hardware failure.

    I would also like to thank you for your interest and help.

    Try to get their attention by focusing only on fixing the explosion sound in the right speaker on startup. Nothing else needs to be said. Good luck. 🙂
