nitro 5 ANS15-55 high pitched noise coming from headphones

So, I have nitro 5 ANS15-55, and i factory reset it, when i plugged in my headphones to the audio jack, i hear a high pitched noise when a sound is playing. I've plugged in others to the audio jack and it happens to those as well. I plugged in a UISB-C type earbuds, and it didn't happen to those. I tried updating, I've tried everything I could find, and still no solution. any help ???
