Hello, I don't have any damages with this laptop. However, I have been getting blue screens everyday (with different codes as to why) and it freezes. I can only game for so long and crashes. At this point I don't know what else to do.

You should try to write down the error codes. They might help identify the problem. Use NitroSense app to check CPU and GPU temperatures while gaming.

  • It is necessary to check the codes that appear. You can also check to see if any error logs appear in the event viewer.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (This is the main code that shows up)

    DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (sometimes it'll be this)

I have tried everything to fix this(literally), actually in December up until now. Below is my CPU and GPU.

If you have Windows 11 installed, download and install the BIOS version 2.08 at this link.

    1. Has it always been this way since you acquired the machine?
    2. Was Win10 or Win11 factory-installed?

No it has not always been like this, it started last year of December. Win10 was factory installed at first, before I upgraded to WIn11. I've switched between those two and it doesn't help because I'm still getting blue screens

Did you re-install the factory Win10 version from the hidden factory reset partition?
