Hi all, I am trying to connect a iiyama gb3466wqsu monitor to my nitro 5 (AN515-45) laptop. However I only get "No Signal detected" errors, regardless of whether I try to connect via HDMI or a DisplayPort-to-USB-C connection.
The monitor works fine when I connect it to other another laptop via HDMI, so monitor and cable work fine. Anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Appreciate your feedback

@friebel you can try restarting the laptop or reinstalling the nvidia gpu driver.

@friebel you can try another HDMI cable or plug into a different external monitor or a TV. If those don't work, the HDMI port might have issue.

Trt installing Intel VGA Driver, since it is the iGPU (Intel HD) that is directly connected to the HDMI / Display port.

    Hope it helps.

Same issue. Can confirm monitor and cables work on different computer.

External monitor was working fine then suddenly went out. Laptop no longer makes the sound when I plug in cable and nothing happens on external monitor.

The Nitro AN515-45 laptop can only be connected to an external monitor by its right side HDMI 2.1 (12G) port that has a Data Throughput of 48Gbps, on this laptops right-side, it has a USB-C that is a USB 3.2 Gen 2 type with a transfer speed up to 10 Gbps and Delivers up to 3A at 5V DC for USB charging and has NO DISPLAY OUT capabilities, so be aware of all this.
