Acer Nitro AN515-58 NitroSense after uptade auto fans doesnt work. & High CPU temp

Hi.The device had a motherboard problem.
I noticed that after the motherboard replacement,
they installed the old version nitro sense. There was no keyboard lights control.
I downloaded the compatible NitroSense application from Acer's own site. But the automatic fan setting doesn't work at all. Even when the CPU is at 90 degrees, it does not exceed 2800 RPM. Is there a solution to this? THX

yes my processor is 12th gen. When I first got the computer there was no such problem. Anyway, it happened after the bios was updated. I think Acer needs to adapt Nitro Sense to the new bios. How do I do the settings you mentioned?

Can you send a picture of the bios info tab? I would like to see the bios version and if the model name is spelled correctly as well.

Like this. My CPU İ7 12700H but ıts workıng low performance 2.4ghz in game. You can see fan speed : nothıng GPU is okay but İntel have a problem IDK. Turbo boost maybe not workıng

Here is the processor's data in detail. Here's how I put Windows into power saving mode from its power plan in the low temperature part. (This mode did not exist, I added it with CMD myself.) The part that suddenly rises is 80 90 degrees as soon as I click the part that I put in high performance or balanced mode. By the way, the RPM does not exceed 3000. The reason is probably because it starts to slow down due to the temperature as seen in the appendix. My problem is most likely this computer is not cooling itself automatically. I automatically adjust the RPM of the fans from Nitro sense. The performance there is quiet and its default modes definitely don't work. Does anyone know a living solution, I would be glad if you guide me how to do it.
