No, you can only upgrade up to 32GB, maximum per slot is 16GB.1 -

According to manual it supports up to 2666MHz, also I have seen Crucial advertise 64GB(2x32GB) upgrade but you need to install at your own risk.

No, the maximum supported frequency is 2666MHz. At the moment higher frequencies(3000MHz+) is only achieved by overclocking the RAM. If you purchase for example 3200MHz it will work at either 2133MHz, 2400MHz or 2666MHz depending on the memory.Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
-Model number
-Part number(not required, but helpful)
-CPU
-GPU-Operating systemHelios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Acer installs Industry standard mainstream JEDEC RAM in your laptop.
The link below shows an example of Industry Standard JEDEC 2666 Kingston RAM.

Your laptop doesn't support XMP profiles.......however, Kingston says your laptop is compatible with Plug N Play Auto Overclocking RAM... e.g. HyperX.
You'd have to contact Kingston or other ram companies that sell Plug N Play Auto Overclocking ram and ask about Plug N Play Auto Overclocking RAM if that interests you.
