So it looks like the WD15 requires DP Alt Mode over USB-C in order to use the video outputs. Here's the line in their user manual:

Before using the docking station, ensure that your laptop or PC has a DisplayPort over USB Type-C or Thunderbolt port.

And here's the spec on your USB-C port:

So no DP Alt Mode. You need a different dock. Any of the USB 3.0 docks that support video will work, as well as any USB-C that don't require Alt Mode.

No there is no lightning, there is first symbol like in the instruction.

What does it mean? Is there any opportunity to connect my notebook with dock station?

    Thank you in advance!

It means your port is USB-C but not Thunderbolt. It shouldn't make any difference with the WD15, since that is a USB device, not a TBT device. Installing TBT drivers shouldn't have done anything either, since they wouldn't actually be used. You do have to have the video drivers for the dock installed though. With Device Manager opened and the Display Adapters section expanded do you have devices show up when plugging the dock in? If not, do you have unknown devices show up elsewhere?

    Hello, thanks for your answer.

I installed drivers from dell site: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/dell-dock-wd15/drivers problem is that there are only audio and ethernet drivers.

After conected dock station in device menager there is not new devices in "Display Adapters".

    I have new devices in:

    Network Adapters,

    Sound Wideo and Game Controlers

    Human Interface Devices

What do you think about it? Do you have knowledge which video driver for dock station should i install?

I don't know if it is important but i have windows 11.

    Thank you in advance!
