What computer do you have? The full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number. What kind and size of drive is installed? Which OS are you running? That type of error is almost always something wrong in the BIOS settings or a failed drive.

OK, for the future your model number is a SF314-52-xxxx, I can't lookup the last few digits since that model likely wasn't sold in the US. If only the enter key is not working you can always get around it with an external keyboard, but likely the issue is with some gunk stuck under the key to it doesn't make contact between the membrane layer when you press. A good cleaning might resurrect it...

    1. connect a usb keyboard from desktop computer to the usb port of your laptop... turn off your laptop then turn on again. press repeatedly Esc or F2 until you enter the BIOS
    2. inspect if your HDD/SSD is detected. (if not detected, it needs replacement.... but if detected, inspect the boot mode and try Legacy or UEFI - if legacy, change to UEFI and vice versa then save settings and exit to restart laptop)... you can also press F9 to load setup defaults.

Do not set legacy mode! That hasn't been used for more years than your Swift 5 is old, since the first release of Windows 7 in fact. Setting legacy in your BIOS will fully break booting and leave you wide open to rootkit viruses.
