Please help! "No bootable device" appeared on black screen of my laptop. It happened after forced shutdown. No instructions from internet help. In Bios under Boot menu No options are shown. In Main menu hard disk is identified by its number. Acer swift SF 114-32 series, N17W6

Try to disconnect and reconnect the battery. If no succes, disconnect and reconnect the SSD. Maybe a problem with the cable connection. If also no success, create a bootable USB flash drive with Windows Media Creation Tool , enable F12 boot menu in the BIOS.and check whether boot succeeds.

There were a bunch of different Swift SF 114-32 models, often differing in driver size and type. What size drive is installed in yours? If it's a 64GB drive it is likely an eMMC drive and that might have failed, eMMC drives aren't designed to last as long as other SSD types, they fails after fewer writes than the rest. If the drive has failed you will have to put a SATA or NVMe drive in and reinstall from your backup.

If you have a larger drive than the 64GB, then it's an M.2 form factory drive, either SATA or NVMe. In those cases a failed drive is a lot less likely, but still possible. Boot from a Windows install flash drive and use the Repair option to access a command prompt. From the command prompt use diskpart to see what the system knows about your drive. Post for us the 'list disk', list vol' and after selecting the main disk the 'list part' commands.
