Hi to all

 


Do you know how to remove the harddisk on this model Acer veriton N2620g. as i need to change it. i did already remove one side of the panel. i see the hardisk, but no screw to unmount the hardisk. i i try to remove the sother side panel but can't do it.

 

so what is the way to change the hardisk so i can use a SSD instead.

    Hi,

     

    Undo single screw on side of computer

    gently prise off back

    undo 4 screws on sheld

    remove shield

    undo 4 screws holding in heatsink ( very stiff at first)

    undo 4 hex screws the shield was attached to (will be stiff at first)ea

    undo wireless network card an take out

    undo screw holding in headphone/mic jacks and remove

    gently lift the mb out using the corner usb stack to lift

    turn board over and remove hard drive

     

    reassemble.
