Just ran into something similar in a new build. Turned out it had the rong graphics driver and could not just uninstall/reboot. Had to download the graphics suite from the graphics manufacturer and execute it. Modern times.

BTW we really need to know which laptop and which graphics card and how did you install it or did it come that way ?

You are showing the Intel UHD Graphics 630 in device manager, is that your card ? What do you get if you click on it ? Mine (CB317 running Windows 11) looks like this:

    Tinkerer

That is what is showing but not what is installed

    I have Nitro 515-53-52FA

    Gforce GTX1050

but for some reason it does not show as installed. Like it is not even in there. Everything I have tried says I do not have a graphic card
