predator Helios 300 Installing a second M .2 drive.

I have a brand new predator Helios 300. And I wanted to fill up the second M2 slot #2. So I watched the videos. I've done electronic work before. I had ground straps on two of them. So I was very careful. But the computer won't recognize it. I can't see it. There's nothing I can do. Or so it seems. Please help. I watched the Acer video on how to do it, and I did it exactly as it said. Does anybody have any ideas or suggestions? Thank you very much.

    Hi,

    Could you please go to Disk Management and check whether the second drive is initialised, if not, click it and initialise, create a new volume and give it a letter, please post the picture of Disk Management along with the full name of the laptop, like PH3xx-xx, the model name of the SSD.

    You are amazing.! thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I can't say it enough. It's working just fine that is. That is so cool. I can't tell you how frustrated I was because the laptop is brand new. And the hard drive, or the M .2, I should say, was brand new also. And now it is working thanks to you. Thanks again. I really appreciate it. And I love my laptop now.
