Recently purchased an Acer Predator Orion 5000 Gaming Desktop PC (64 bit) that came with POS-640 Motherboard and 16 GB of Samsung DDR5 SD Dimm Ram, 4800 Mhz 64 bit. What would be the Best Quality compatible DDR5 Ram to purchase in upgrading from 16 to 32 GBs of Ram?

You can just go with the samsung brand itself which are good or you can also go with Crucial brand.

Hop on the Crucial website and go with their recommendations for your system. Ram speed is maxed at 4000 so no need to go crazy, I bought the 16GB 4400 kit for 32GB total and it's been great.

yeah, same here i got crucial 2x16 4800 and mixed it with the Samsung that came with mine going 16-8-16-8 and it worked perfect. then upgraded to another 2x16 4800 from crucial so I'm maxed at 64 now all crucial and it's at an all-time low compared to what i paid. and yeah, acer limits us too 4400 but if you enable XMP in the bios I'm told it will run faster at 5200 but I'm not doing that because when i called crucial to ask about it they told me XMP is overclocking, and it shortens the life span of the product they said max out your memory instead of overclocking. simple as that and they also said 4 sticks is better than 2 when maxing out the memory.

Yes, Is critically important to know what you just said that acer limits us too 4400 and I almost made mistake of upgrading memory that runs faster @ 5200 thinking more is better, so great point you made. I so Love my new Amazing! Acer Predator Orion 5000 Gaming Desktop and now the Acer Products - Best decission I ever made in all my reasearch when looking to purchase my new gaming desktop! Now, I am also learning to appreciate the Acer Community.

yeah, i hear Ya War i love my acer predator 5000 Orion also.....i started out with a cyberpower then tried an hp omen all within my return period at BestBuy didn't really like either then i saw the Acer Predator and went wow Haha just based on the look of it so i bought it on their website before i even returned the hp omen and 2 or 3 days later returned the hp omen and i have had mine almost 6 months now so far so good Haha i actually tested the cyberpower and hp omen side by side in my home then did the same thing with the hp omen and acer so that way i could test them and see what one i liked better and there was really nothing wrong with any of them i just liked the looks of the acer the best and it also runs the best etc. and had the newest tech inside compared to the others so that is one good thing about being a BestBuy total tech member you get 60 days to try stuff out and return it no questions asked so it allowed me to pick the best one for me in my price range and not have to rush and try them all side by side it was awesome heh

Yes, I agree with the comments above, you could go with either Samsung or Crucial modules.
