Audio output doesn't automatically changed when headphone plugged in

I have this Acer Aspire 7 and everytime I plug my headphones there is a prompt from Realtek Audio Console which I have to confirm which audio device I was trying to plug/connect. Obviously it's unintuitive and annoying having to manually confirm before I can use my headphones as audio output. There was actually a similar question about this problem (https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/605384/automatically-switch-to-headphones-without-prompting-aspire-5) but seemingly the answer has been deleted. So are there any configuration to make the audio output can change automatically?

@alephazee you can try to disable the notification for the Realtek Audio Console app. This way, when you connect the headphones, the audio output will automatically switch.
