Hi

I have an issue with the monitor Acer XV340CKP, most of the time is already the fourth time that this happen that the monitor stopped working there is no visual and the backlight is still on the audio is still on, but no visual. I just let it rest for a few minutes then it works again, it was yesterday that I saw what actually happen the image gets disintegrated piece by piece, then goes completely black. I tried all the possible solutions since is not an issue with the GPU since it works fine with my other monitor tried to change cables and stuff nothing approximately after 5 hours of activity it goes off. Now I got no idea what is causing it, I hope is not something that is expensive to fix since at this point, I prefer to get another monitor. Does anybody have or had the same issues with this monitor?

Thanks

Go to this link and install the updated Win10 driver. Also download and install the the AcerMonitorWidget. You can also download the user manual that has a few troubleshooting tips.

    Hi

Tried to update the drivers, but unfortunately, doesn't work, still has the same issues, so now I am thinking the issue is at the Hardware level, I tried to get in touch with the seller, let's see what he can do.

    Thanks

It was brand-new that the thing that really upset me the most, at the moment it doesn't even display, sometimes the image of the Acer comes up then glitches up and give me a black screen. I hope is something that won't cost me a lot to fix or else I will have to take another one and this will be a waste of money £399.99 I paid for it, and it didn't even last me a year, while the Asus one that I bought 3 years ago works like a charm. Let's see if the seller gets back to me today I want to see the warranty, they probably would tell to send it to Acer assistant... bah let's see

I just tried the trick of pressing the power button for 60 seconds, and now the screen works but is just a temporary fix it probably will last 5 hours then go back to the black screen and glitching Acer logo. I had to beg it for a bit to make it work good thing I have 2 screens.
