1- Does opening the device for upgrade void the warranty ?

2- Are my laptop able to upgrade the RAM & M.2 and if yes what is the maximum of each.

3- What is the best rams and m.2 for this laptop.

The only upgrading options that these laptops have is either to their max RAM capacities and their M.2 SSDs which won't void your warranty. The top spec for the AN515-58 is 64GB mas and toral into its 2x slots at DDR4-3200 MHz type RAM, and to use the same oem type ram as your laptop has fitted into it now, use CPUz to find out its specs and upgrade to the same specs ram but bigger capacity.

With the M.2 drives, the AN515-58 takes 2x PCIe 4x4 type M.2 SSD drives that are very speedy and one of the best and quickest Gen 4 drive out there is the Samsung 990 Pro SSD drive, so use that or do a Raid Array as it will be even faster with 2x PCIe 4 x4 SSD drives, as a Raid Array can increse drive speeds of and if you test them with CrystalDiskMark benchmark, a scores of something like and up to Read 16500 SEQ1M/Q32T1 and Write 14500 SEQ1M/Q32T1 speeds, which is lighting fast.

@Absw39 for the first question, this will depend. If you bought the laptop in the US and doesn't have any warranty sticker on the bottom, disassembling won't void the warranty. If it has a warranty sticker, contact the local Acer or the store to check if they can allow you to disassemble it by yourself without affecting the warranty.

Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!
