Hello,

I've had my acer Predator PH315-52 laptop for a while, but just last year the predator sense app has stopped opening. I've looked through every forum and all the answers on this forum and tried all techniques. So far I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, setting the predator service to manual startup and press start on it with the task manager, running as admin, and rebuilding perfmon counter libraries but nothing works. Whenever I open predator sense, the logo pops up as if it is starting but then nothing else happens. The process stays running in the task manager, but the app itself never opens. Anyone have any suggestions?

Open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do' in left pane. Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable' near top of next pane. Scroll down and UNcheck fast startup. Save settings. Shut down Windows normally. Wait a few moments. Then turn it back on again. Test PredatorSense again.
