Blue Screen Problem When Upgrading Ram on AN515-57

Hello, I have this problem where I get a blue screen when installing a new ram it is a 2x 16GB Kingston fury ram

@bakajieyan does the laptop boot normally with old RAM? I suspect that the new RAM has XMP which might cause problems with this laptop model.

This new memory has xmp profiles. However, try this procedure:
a) Disable fast startup in power options and turn off the computer.
b) disassemble the computer, disconnect the lithium battery and connect the new ram memory.
c) connect the lithium battery again and assemble the computer.
d) turn on the computer and check if the error remains.
It is important to remember that the ideal is to buy a pair of identical RAMs. It is possible that there is incompatibility between rams with jedec profiles and with xmp profiles.
