Settings -System -Troubleshoot-Other troubleshooters -Windows Update and click run.
Settings -System -Troubleshoot-Other troubleshooters -network / wifi and click run.
Click on 'Yes' for the question on bottom , if youre happy with my answer❤️

That says you can connect but the router is not providing DHCP. If deliberate you may need to use a static IP and fill in the DNS settings yourself. What does ipconfig/all report ?

Ended up being a service provider glitch, sorted the problem.
