Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 - TPM Module suddenly disappeared

Hi,
I have this AN515-52 (Core i5 8300H - GTX 1050) that I have been using from 2018. I checked my TPM status earlier (when looking for Windows 11 update compatibility) and it says it existed with version 2.

However, today I turn my Laptop on and it has problems with the PIN login, I can't use my PIN to enter my account anymore. I checked on Windows Security Settings and it said it has problems with the TPM.
I checked my Device Manager and the "Security Device" section is not there. I ran "get-tpm" as instructed here: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/comment/1024376#Comment_1024376 and got the TpmPresent value false.

How can this happen? Is this something related to BIOS config/reset/something? I can't update my BIOS since it has already in the latest version (that available on Acer's support site). The BIOS menu also don't have any TPM-related menu or options.

I have tried to reset BIOS to factory configuration, but the error still persist.

One thing to note, this laptop has just gotten out from one repair shop in my city. It's for LCD and hinge-related issues (so I don't think they would touch/mess with the mainboard). But by any chance, is it possible that they mess up the TPM chip on the mainboard, causing this issue?

Thanks a lot for your help!
