Im sorry but it didn’t work,i have the same fps.the laptop its almost brand new i bought it 2 months ago.the temps are good, the drivers are up to date. What i think is the problem is that the game is runing on the intel uhd graphics and not on the rtx2060.my friend with an 1050 ti and an old I5 have like 100 fps in almost every game.

calnachi2901,
- Find your monitor's refresh rate.
- Find out your current fps.
- Enable Game Mode in Windows 10.
- Make sure you have the latest video driver installed.
- Optimize your game settings.
- Reduce your screen resolution.
- Upgrade your graphics card.

Also, if you use your laptop plugged in to the power, it will get better performance (more power for your hardware).
Anyway, try to give a look at this:- Open NVIDIA Control Panel
- Choose on the left the option "Manage 3D settings".
- Now you should see some options, under the bold text "Use these 3D settings" or something like that, choose "global settings", usually this's selected by default.
- There's an "Automatic" option by default, which will switch from the integrated GPU to the Discrete one depending on the computer task, because I think you may have some kind of issue with this, click on it and select "Graphic Processor 2060" or discrete, whatever it is, and then click on the bottom right "apply".
Hope this helps.

I had the same problem, if the game you're playing has and option to switch between directx1 and directx12, switch to directx12 and you should get more FPS, also go on the app nitrosense and activate performance mode
