Can you tell me how to activate Windows? I tried so many things to activate it but unable to do so

Oscar here,

If anyone knows how to activate my Windows 10, please let me know. Although I tried so many things to activate it, I was unable to do so.

  Hi,

  You can activate by going to Settings> System> Activation.
