I have a 311 Chromebook that I bought maybe 2-3 months ago, and it no longer charges. When I have it plugged in, it holds the charge, but doesn't gain. It always sits at "1% - Calculating"
I tried powerwashing it, but that didn't work. Any ideas would be a great help!

The only thing that you can do is to Recalibrate the battery in your laptop as and if this doesn’t work, then send your laptop to Acer Support in your area. Don’t open it and/or do anything as it could void your warranty.
Thank you for the response! However, I have a Chromebook, without Windows 10 installed. I just have the base Chrome OS, is there something else I could try?
Since you are in warranty it is likely best top open a ticket with Acer support. A powerwash didn't fix it, so it's likely an actual issue with the battery and they'll be able to fix that for you.
