First try to press the F3 key as that usually reinstates either Wi-Fi or BT. The best is to uninstall and reinstall the latest drivers for your Wi-Fi/BT card which is the Qualcomm Atheros model QCA6174A that has Wi-Fi, 802.11b/802.11g/802.11n/802.11ac with the Bluetooth V4.1,V4.0LE,V3.0+HS,V2.1+EDR system, the latest Wi-Fi drivers for Win-10 are and download link is here for version 12.0.0.1016 and the Bluetooth drivers for Win-10 are and download link is here for version 10.0.0.714.

So uninstall all the old drivers through Device Manager for Wi-Fi and if BT is not there then try Control Panel > Uninstall a program and search there, if its not there then forget about it and install the new drivers above and reboot and if any of either the Wi-Fi or BT is not there then press the F3 key a few times as it should reinstate both functions. Good luck and hope this helps you out as it should reinstate Blutooth and Wi-Fi with the latest Win-10 Qualcomm Atheros drivers..

Win-10 & Win-11 are the same and the driver will work on each OS. Win-11 so far is just a cosmetic upgrade of Win-10 with a fancy desktop photo =) that Microsoft always do whenever they upgrade their OS's and Win-11 is no different. Cant see much diffrence between them except a reshuffling of certain things that worked great on Win-10 but it's executed diffrentlly on Win-11.
