I have a Predator PO3-620 and after factory resetting it predator sense /arc cant be redownloaded with the error saying this computer isn't supported. I've previously had these before so im not sure why this error is a thing. Can anyone help?

If you did a ACER factory reset, then the original Predator Sense and ARC should already be installed. Did you search the Windows start menu with keywords "Predator Sense"? It should appear near the top of the Start menu.

Haven't read that they were missing a lot on a factory reset.

Did you perhaps try Win11 or a non-OEM Win10 version? And then try to do a factory reset? Quite often the hidden factory recovery partition is no longer available after trying those installs. And then a reset simply results in re-installs of the non-OEM versions.

Did you try to install Win11 or a non-OEM Win10 version BEFORE trying to do a ACER OEM factory reset?

The correct text for your system is "Predator PO3-620" and that seems to be what you are seeing in the Registry. Is that also what is shown in System Information as System Model? Which version of Predator Sense did you download? Did you get it from the Predator PO3-620 support page or one of the versions for other models? Are you running Windows 10 or Windows 11?
