Need power supply specs for old Acer DVD player
I've got an old Acer external DVD player circa 2010. Code number 5T.59660.003. This unit requires external power with a barrel power plug. I need to know the DC input voltage for this device. I've searched all over the net and haven't found anything. Any ideas where to get the specs for this unit?

Probably 5vdc. It's best just to get a universal multi-plug multi-voltage wall wart. They're cheap enough from vendors like Amazon.

Sorry, no lookup for that vintage part no. If it has RCA-type and/or S-type A/V output receptacles, it's probably uses a 9vdc wall wart.

Looks like it has a USB Type B data port. Does that help determine what the input DC voltage could be ?

Cool. Thanks. I think I've got a 5VDC supply. I'll try it and see. Cheers.

Check polarity. Should be a label the player and supply that indicates correct plus ( + ) or minus ( - ) plug contacts
