Was it working with the same tv before or is it the first time you have tested it ? also did windows upgraded your drivers recently or windows itself upgraded to latest build if so rollback or uninstall/remove them completely and get the acer official ones and try again

I have a 2017 Helios 300 and the HDMI output suddenly stopped working. It wouldnt even register an entry in event viewer so no visual or souds queues at all. Same cable and monitor would work with another computer. Then went to reinstall the Nvidia drivers as you mention below becasue I remembered Windows did some mandatory update which required a restart. Went to Gforce Experience, right to the box with the installed drivers there are 3 dots, hover over them and it'll say reinstall. I did and it worked perfectly again no restart needed. Just putting this here in case someone has the same issue in the future.
