What's the best Thermal paste to use for Helios 300?

What's the best thermal paste to use on my helios 300? And should I replace the thermal sheets(if that's what they called)?

    In my personal experience, MX-4 is the best. Look nowhere else, I followed one of these members' suggestion and it has not dried or has created any conduction issues.

    Is 4grams of mx4 enough on cpu and gpu? I would like to have it serviced and on my country you need to being your own paste.
