PREDATOR HELIOS 300 PH315-54-778U and battery life

Good morning,

I have a PREDATOR HELIOS 300 PH315-54-778U that I have used from August to today only 5 times.

The use I made of it was the win 11 updates and the installation of some programs.

Every time I used it it was on for ... more or less 1 hour.

I noticed that every time I turn it off (with fully charged battery before turning it off) and turn it back on after 1 month, the battery is at 0%, or as it happened last time, it was at 60% and after 10 minutes it went at 0%.

Can anyone tell me if the battery is not working well or if it is a problem with the pc .... or what could be and a possible solution?

Your machine may remain in standby mode after shutdown and consume power. Shut down the machine completely and check if you have activated the standby mode.

Thanks for the reply. When I turn it off, I do:

START -> shutdown

Is there another method?

How can I see if standby mode is activated?

Someone has tried to remove the 2.5 ssd space and put the battery of the helios 300 ph315-55, on this website it says that it is compatible
