Which Predator Helios 300 model? It should be something like PH3xx-xxx-xxxx and the full model number is usually on the same sticker as the serial number. There have been a bunch of different models over the years and W11 support is different for different models. On some they haven't done new drivers yet, including the new Predator Sense application.

OK, go to Acer's support site to the drivers section for your system. There's a new version of Predator Sense under the Applications tab. Next update the drivers for audio, Bluetooth, chipset and serial IO. See if those help with the Bluetooth issues.

Looking on inthernet I found that if I do what you say I´m going to loose the original files, something like that. Idk if is true, but I didn´t want to take the risk so I made a backup of my files and reset the pc. It works! of course you have to dowload many thing again but well.

I hope this may be usefull for other users, and thanks budyes for the answer!

No, you don't lose anything by doing driver updates. If you decided to do an OS reset or a factory reinstall you would lose stuff, but not with driver updates. The reset you did worked, but was more like hitting it with a hammer than touching up the paint. :)
