Predator Helios 300.shows Battery charging but battery percentage not increasing

i tried resetting the battery, try updating the driver at device manager, bios version i guess 2.04, cant anyone help me out

    Mine was only charging to, then getting stuck, at 96%. And wouldn't run on battery when unplugged.

    I removed the back cover and disconnected the battery from the motherboard. Held down the power button for 15 seconds, then reconnected the battery connector.

    Powered it on, and it started charging. When I placed the mouse cursor over the battery icon it gave me the message "15 minutes till full charge" 15 minutes later it was at 100%


    So, this may work for you

    You can try to reinstall the battery drivers to check if that makes any difference.



    NOTE: Make sure to reboot the laptop after uninstalling the driver.


    If that doesn't work then you can try to reset the laptop to check if that makes any difference.



    Check the above link to do a reset.


    NOTE: Make sure to backup all the data before the reset.
