I downloaded the latest UHD driver, before that I deleted the old one via DDU and installed it. And windows updates install me the old version back. Why? I've tried all the ways.

you need to use something like wushowhide.diagcab, WuMgr or WUMT (windows update minitool) to hide/block certain driver updates from Microsoft (like the 30.0.100.9864 intel graphics driver version Windows downloaded)

Have you tried to allow Intel to do the automatic driver check? From there you will have to manually allow the install as part of the process. one of the things that I believe happens when you go through that is it tells the OS that the updated driver is OK to be used even though it's not signed by Acer. That way Windows update won't try to switch it back to the signed version.
