Maybe a problem with the SSD. Check the health status of your SSD with CrystalDiskInfo.

i checked. it says 93% good health. so idk.

the blue screen usually happens on the first couple of minutes that i turn on my pc if that matters

    Hi @abc12

You can try to reset the BIOS to check if that makes any difference.

How do I reset my BIOS/UEFI to default settings?

    1. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, or until your system shuts completely down.
    2. Power on the system.
    3. Press F9 and then Enter to load the default configuration.
    4. Press F10 and then Enter to save and exit.

If that doesn't work then you can try to do a reset to check if that makes any difference.

Check the above link to do a reset.

NOTE: Make sure to backup all the data before the reset.

Hope it will help you in some way.

Hey man, I had the same problem recently with the Acer Nitro v15 that I bought a few months ago. A BIOS update came, and my system just wouldn't start.Your post is from 2022, but I'm leaving this comment as help for future people.

    To solve:
Go to the BIOS by pressing F12 when your laptop starts up.
In the "Main" section, press Ctrl + S, which will open some options, including "Intel VMD Controller".If it is enabled, disable it, and then press F10 and Enter on Yes.
It will restart, if it errors, restart again and it will soon enter.

Basically, since I had uninstalled the Linux that comes by default on the laptop and installed Windows, when the BIOS is updated, it resets all settings to default and forgets an important Windows driver. Therefore, Windows does not recognize the SSD without the Intel IRST (Intel Rapid Storage) driver.Acer provides this software for download, so when you update the BIOS, there will theoretically be no more problems.

The Nitro AN515-51 is a 2017 laptop and if its still got the oem Acxer fitted battery, the battery is a cause of a malfunction of the laptop and it should be replaced and also you should seriously consider replacing the oem boot M.2 SSD drive as the "No Bootable device" is because of a faulty M.2 SSD drive or you can first do a disk check and see if the boot drive is faulty or its OS files are corrupted.

If the boot drive is faulty then do a clone of your OS while the M.2 SSD is still in good shape and you can recover your valuable files and Win-10 OS or and if you don't have valuable data on the old M.2 SSD of this laptop then do a clean install of Win-10 OS or Linux on a new PCIe3 x4 type M.2 SSD. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
