I just changed the battery. When the charger is plugged in, the battery charge light is blue as long as the battery is full.

Open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what power buttons do' in left pane. Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable' in next pane. Scroll down and UNcheck the box for fast startup. Save settings and exit. Shut down Windows normally. Try to turn it back on with one brief press of power button.

Thanks for your help. I did what you said but it didn't work. I press the power button on the first boot, the "acer" logo and bios options appear, windows starts loading and stops. When I press any key on the keyboard, the boot continues and opens. If I do not press a key on the keyboard, it does not continue.

You said earlier >>>The laptop won't turn on when the power button is pressed>>>

You now say>>>I press the power button on the first boot, the "acer" logo and bios options appear, windows starts loading and stops.>>>

Are these two statements describing exactly the same behavior? If yes, did this happen suddenly for no apparent reason? Or did it happen immediately after changing the battery?

You are right, please excuse me. I spelled it wrong at first because of the language problem. My problem is as I said second. After the battery change, I used the laptop for about 4 months without any problems. Then all of a sudden I ran into this problem and it no longer turns on without pressing any key after pressing the power button.

Open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in left pane. If System Protection is turned on in the box that pops up, click the System Restore button. Click next. Do you see a restore point with a date stamp about when this issue started?
