That's because you're still looking the old battery-report.html . You must run a new report to generate a new battery-report.html or overwrite/delete the old battery-report.html. So do this procedure again. And check it again.

    (1) Search 'cmd' in Windows start menu.

    (2) Right click command prompt near top of menu.

    (3) Click run as administrator.

    (4) Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport' at command prompt.

    (5) Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer.

    (6) Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser.

    (7) Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible that compares design full charge capacity with its remaining full charge capacity.

Don't delete the folder. Only the drivers inside the folder. Also, just delete the battery-report.html file from the c:\windows\system32 sub-folder. And do it again.

you mean the drivers inside Microsoft AC adapter and Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method battery i dont think you can delete the whole battery folder in device manager =), and there will be no complications with the system im still on OEM?

I also deleted the battery-report.html file without results its still the same.

Right click and uninstall ALL the drivers you find in the Device Manage battery folder. Exit Device Manager without reinstalling anything. Open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do'. Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable' . Scroll down and uncheck the box for fast startup, Save settings and exit. Shut down Windows normally. Then turn it back on. Run the battery report again and please post a screenshot of the top portion of the report, not just say it looks the same. Because a picture is worth a thousand words. 😊
