How can you check it with McAfee if you can't open anything? You'll have to ask a friend with internet access to make you the bootable Win7 installation USB. Otherwise, we can't access the drive unless you have a bootable McAfee USB. We might be able to use some of the tools it may have it.

When you get home, search Windows start menu for 'cmd'. Near the top of the menu, the command prompt should appear. Right click. Then open as adminstrator. It should be a black Windows with small white characters with a blinking underscore near the top left corner that should look something like. C:\WINDOW\SYSTEM32>_.

At the X:>_ command prompt, enter 'chkdsk C: /f'. This will scan the boot disk for errors and try to fix them. The scan may take a long time, particularly if it runs into problems trying to read the disk.

You have to invoke this utility running in elevated mode."

Your HDD Win7 system drive has been corrupted. We've got to try to access it to see if can be un-corrupted by booting from a Win7 USB installation stick. Go to this link, click on the Win7 icon and follow directions to make a bootable Win7 USB installation stick. Then report back for instructions on how to use it.

    >>>do i like go on a another laptop>>>

Yes. Then google the keywords --- Windows 7 home premium archive. Download the Windows 7 64-bit iso file. Then use Rufus freeware to convert the iso file to a Win7 HP usb installation drive.

    >>>I think its E5-521G-65NK>>>

Then perhaps you should confirm that you do in fact have the E5-521G. Because this model normally has 64-bit Windows installed. Why do you think it's 32-bit Windows?

Because when i wanted to learn programming i downloaded unity abd it said that it doesnt support 32bit

That's primarily for MacOS. If you have 4GB RAM, use the 64-bit iso version with Rufus. Then we'll really find out if you have 32 or 64.
