Invalid profile error with my acer aspire E5-521G
Hello!I have a problem with my laptop aspire e15 windows 7. I cannot open almost anything and i cant connect to wifi. When ever i try to open something it says error and something along the lines of "invalid profile". I dont want to reset my laptop to factory settings because i will lose a lot of my photos and stuff,i tried to transfer it to USB but it declines. I have tried everything i know but i guess im not that smart. I hope that someone can help me. Thank you!

What is your full E15 model series number. There are dozens of E15 models so it's hard to guess what you have. For example, E5-475? Or E5-571G? Or E5-575?

Press and hold power button till laptop shuts off. Then turn it back on and immediately tap F2 to enter BIOS menu. Please post phone photos of BIOS Information and Boot tabs if possible.

Turn laptop off. Turn it back on again and immediately start tapping the F8 key. Can you boot to normal SafeMode GUI. Does SafeMode seem to work OK? Can you access SafeMode Control Panel programs to try to remove dr Fone?

You can try a partial factory reset while trying to save your personal files. This is not as good as a full erase everything reset particularly if dr Fone install was contaminated with malware. The other option is to remove the drive and access it with another computer using a 2.5" USB-2-HDD adapter (less than $10usd) so you can copy your personal files and hope they are clean. Then you can try to do full erase everything reset using the ALT+F10 cold boot reset method.

Is there any other way to keep some of my files while also factory reseting it but without buying tha cablet, im not from USA so its quite a big price for me

Yes, a partial reset using the same ALT+F10 method. It's just a different option you can choose. But it's definitely not guaranteed to save all your personal files. Where are you located? I can probably find a suitably cheap cable from a vendor in your region

Also have you ever seen a problem like this. I asked my friend about it and he thinks i deleted something that the computer needs to be able to run. But im not sure

Yes, from malware infection, from HDD starting fail, and and from deleting File Explorer. Try this procedure to see if we can get to the command prompt.
- Shut laptop off.
- Turn it back on again and immediately tap F2 to enter BIOS menu.
- Make sure F12 and D2D options are enabled in the BIOS MAIN tab. Save settings and exit BIOS. Shut laptop off again
- Turn it back on and immediately press and hold ALT key while tapping F10 key.
- A recovery menu should appear. Choose troubleshooting or advanced option
- Choose option to command prompt.
Can you open the command prompt screen? It's a black screen with small white characters with a blinking underscroe near top of screen that look like this X :\system32>_

Could be HDD starting to fail or malware has locked it. Go to this link. Click on Win7. And create a Win7 USB installation drive. From there, we can try to boot from the Win7 drive and see if we can repair the HDD so it will boot.
