Hi!

I have bought an Acer Predator Helios 700 in 2019, for some time (maybe 6-8 months) experienced the following problem:

the WASD keys don't functioning in the right way. Sometimes, when I push them, they are "ignoring" me, and after that, I push them again and in this time write the laptop 'ddddd' or 'aaa' etc. When I use Microsoft Word to write something or by playing a game it is really irritating.

I wanted to replace my keyboard, but I haven't find any video about that on the internet. How can I replace my keyboard by the Helios 700? Or how can I repair the WASD keys, it would be enough for me?

Hopefully you understand, what my problem is. :)

For your answers I am really thankful.

Intermittent behavior like this suggests that these keys probably have accumulated sticky residue (food particles) and dust or hair on the key switches under the key covers.

So try this. Buy a soft bristle facial blush applicator brush from a cosmetic section of a drug store or department store. Then gently pry or insert the bristles under and around the WASD key covers to help dislodge this debris while blowing air to help remove it. Don't pry or insert too vigorously because the key covers may pop off and are difficult to put back on.
