Sure. It's called LED backlight bleed or leakage through the liquid crystal rbg pixels. Often most noticeable near screen edges if due to hardware. And often simply due to the black image background itself or software. Google 'black image'. Then download a completely black image jpg. See what it looks like in full screen paint or other image editor. You might also check to see what full screen pure red, or blue or green images look like too. You probably will notice different shades on the screen as well.
