Cannot Access The Bios Setting

When I checked my Performance Tab on task manager, I realized my laptop doesn't recognize my Dedicated GPU.
So I go to youtube and find some video tutorial on how to fix it but when I restart my computer and attempt to access the bios setting by pressing the F2 key repeatedly...
It doesn't do anything instead of showing a black screen then I let it go for a minute and boot like normal.
So I tried the Second option that goes to advanced start-up choosing the UEFI firmware setting.. after restarting the problem was still the same showing a black screen...
Idk what to do next and need help from you guys that are professional about this thing.

here is my laptop information:

Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52

RAM - 8GB
GPU - NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX1050
CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H
STORAGE - 1TB HDD
OS - WINDOWS 10

just ask me anything if lack any information
and help me solve this problem thanks really appreciate it
<3
(sorry for my bad english)

Thanks for reporting back. This might mean some connectors might need to be re-seated to help clean them from exposure to heat & humidity

Shut laptop off again. Then press and hold F2 key. While still holding F2 key, turn machine on. Does BIOS menu appear now?

I tried this method but doesn't work as well.

Maybe it has to be with the dedicated GPU. My laptop uses the intel integrated GPU
and cannot display the Bios Setting. I found an article that said is to reflash Bios or just CMOS battery reset
but I think it can dangerous to my computer since Idk how to do it.
If there are any solutions let me know.

Can the external display show the Bios Setting?

Right now I'm using the same laptop while using the integrated GPU.
but I wonder if my computer can detect the external display while booting and can access the bios setting

Before you mess with the BIOS, please post a screenshot of Device Manager Display Adapter folder if possible.
