Unless I can find a way to run Google Photos on my Spin 713 I won't be buying another Acer chromebook. Photos runs fine on my Lenovo Duet.

Are you getting an incompatible device error when you try to install it?

No. I can edit one photo and then when I try to edit a photo it simply exits the program and if I wait I get a message that says the program isn't responding. The Google Photo Website works but lacks some features I like that are in the Google App.0

Your best bet is likely to contact Google support on that. Acer has no visibility into Googles apps that I'm aware of.

I've done powerwash, more than once. Didn't help. Cleared caches. Didn't help. Uninstalled app and reinstalled, didn't help. As I said, it works for one edit and then when it goes to save the second edited photo it exits the program and sometimes says it's not responding.0

If you haven't done so already, go to this Google Photos forum link, sign in and post the issue there.

I went to Google Photo help and chatted with a tech, did what he said, and nothing helped. That's it.0

Is it still under warranty?

By about six days but I'm in Mexico and Acer isn't.0

Yes it is. But I'm not sure how they would handle something like this. I suggest that you tune into to this link and try to find out.

This morning I deleted all Google Photos apps, two, and downloaded a new PWA. I've been playing with it and it seems to be functioning properly.
