Open the Window10-x64 folder. You also should set FileExplore View tab so it shows all system file extensions including EXEs. This is because some of them are NOT normal executables and won't run or do anything when you double click on them.

Ok, I found it through that folder. Extracted and ran it. Had hopes but a browser page still says "no internet connection" when there is.

My chipset in device manager is in the storage controllers folder, not system devices if that makes any difference.

    (1) A browser page? What browser page?
    (2) What browser are you using?
    (3) Can you access the internet on this machine's wired port or not? I get confused when you say 'when there is' an internet connection.
    (4) Have you uninstalled, not just disabled, any 3rd party anti malware

I mostly try Yahoo mail for that. Have noticed others like this one sometimes goes out on me.

I toggle between Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers.

I can access internet when it's wired mostly, but not those pages. Otherwise it is slower than usual wired or not.

I have no installed anti malware.

Delivery of that new surge protector is delayed so haven't now will recover today. Might be fine, but my smart TV plugged to the same source keeps acting up is why I decided to wait.

I've had to give up on Yahoo mail altogether. It's mail servers have been rapidly deteriorating since early 2021 mainly due to ads loading or not loading quickly enough.

Chrome & Edge browsers are resource hogs. You may want to try  FireFox instead.

Please post a screenshot of Task Manager Startup tab if possible

I've been thinking about another email host. Possibly this evening looking into that and a new browser. In the task manager I noticed "Killer Control Center" was disabled. I just enabled it.

That's fine. It only means the Killer's Control Panel  will automatically be loaded into fast RAM at boot time. The Killer hardware itself should be enabled whether its control panel software is loaded or not unless it's purposely disabled.

Edge & OneDrive can dramatically slow down boot times. So unless you have a reason for wanting them automatically loaded into fast RAM all the time, might be better to disable them.

Got rid of one drive as I doubt I'll ever need it. Found a new email host, next is browser as I'm trying to get away from Firefox but will see. Come across a couple other things to learn about this computer which I will l over the next couple days or more if needed. Not only my first gaming pc, but I have forgot more about computers than I learned in college. I appreciate the time and awesome guidance.
