Acer Swift X can't reset

this morning my laptop (acer Swift X) is infected by virus and its delete most of my file and recovery file is one of them, so I cant Reset my laptop because "could not find the recovery environment".I also try "reagent /repair" in cmd but the windows RE image is not found. I spend hours trying to fix that and found that you can download eRecovery from Acer, but when I try to download it say "We could not find the serial number you entered. Some........entered." so I go to Acer to register my Acer Swift X, but everytime I wanna to login its always direct me to Acer United States | Laptops, Desktops, Chromebooks, Monitors & Projectors anyone can help me please I just wanna to reset my laptop but I always found dead end. also I cant "ask a question" so I put it here
