Not positive the PSU is my issue, but my ISP thinks so. Weak connection, sometimes intermittent. Some pages will not load if connected by Ethernet, but acts fine if connected to Wi-Fi. Does that seem like a weak PSU? If so, what PSU would be safe to upgrade?

No. PSU seems fine. Wifi card usually consumes more power due to RF radiation than integrated wired ethernet chip.

Please post screenshot of Device Manager without manually expanding any folders..

Were they steady or dark before? Also, please expand network adapters folder.

Was either or, maybe steady. ISP tech seen it other day but didn't seem to care. He didn't do anything though.

An Acer support agent gave it to me.

How did the agent give it to you? Did he give you a USB stick? Or a download link?

A link he sent me. I looked on the support page where driver links are and don't see it. I feel as if something wasn't installed during set up. Tomorrow once a new surge protector comes I plan to reset to factory to see if anything is different

Before you try re-setting, I think you should first try installing the ACER OEM Killer driver & utility updates for your Windows version.

Although I turned off security, Windows won't let me set up LAN Driver (Ethernet Suite)

Windows 10. This comes up, if click Run anyway the same window pops up.

No, CMD not like a setup executable.

The unzipped file directory should be installed by way of an INF file preferrably inside Device Manager. Try this. Open Device Manager. Expand network adapters folder. Right click Killer driver. Click update driver. Chose update from your computer. Go to the unzipped file directory. It should find an INF file to install the package. If it doesn't work, then we'll try the Killer driver instead of the suit.

OK. That's the main driver. But try this for the suite. Open the unzipped suite file directory. Try to run or doubleclick the executable CustomizeInstallFirstRun.exe.
